State-of-the-art Assessment Center for World-Leader in Testing

World leader in assessment and testing, Prometric, required a new, state-of-the-art testing center in the heart of West Palm Beach.

The previous space was part of an extremely outdated 10,000 SF floor plate used as a municipal administrative office, occupied by the downtown’s Community Redevelopment Authority.

In order to complete the project, REMCO had to break into the building’s stunning marble 1,500 SF lobby and create space for two 4,000 SF users on either side—one being Prometric.

REMCO provided the necessary project management in its entirety, overseeing:

• all facets of build out

• construction draws

• building owner communications

• tenant communications

• city correspondence to achieve special approvals

At the end, REMCO was please to have passed every inspection, and to have successfully avoided any disturbance to other office users in the building during the build out.
